LBV France – A Property Management Franchise Business

Project Details

Having already worked with the owners of Les Bon Voisins on their property management site, we created a new website on the original domain – lbvfrance.com – that would be their “corporate page” to introduce the different areas of their business, which included property management service (offered by franchisees based across France) and the business opportunity.

The aim of this site was to provide a landing page for all things about LBV. As this had previously been used as the main URL for the business and the page had been well-indexed and was the main URL for historic backlinks we wanted to keep this a jumping off point to visitors – whether they had come looking for a property manager OR were interested in the business side.

To this end it is a greatly scaled down version of the property site, to which visitors are directed from here, and is the main portal for the LBV franchise business opportunity.

Villa Magnolia – A Self-Catering Holiday Home

The “Puivac” website for Villa Magnolia, a self-catering gite in the South of France, was overdue an update! The owner had worked with a designer on a new branding package so we refreshed the layout of the site using a different theme and changing from Beaver Builder for the layout to standard Gutenberg blocks and added a French language version.

Les Bons Voisins needed a branding refresh and a new website that worked and could be updated easily. They needed to be able to maintain a list of their property management teams and make it easy for home owners to find and then contact a property management team.

The Indulgent Vegan – Online Courses

The Indulgent Vegan was a spin-off from the Le Cheval Blank cookery school website, so that the owner could start to attract a wider online audience and offer her vegan cookery school training online. We built the branding around the logo design.
