WordPress Maintenance Plan Terms

  • No lock-in contracts on month by month plans but you must give us 30 days notice in writing if you wish to terminate your plan.
  • Yearly contracts are paid in advance and are not refundable. You will be notified 30 days before the renewal deadline and can cancel before then – but we hope you will continue your plan.
  • Each maintenance subscription is valid for 1 website only.
  • Website changes time can be used at any time in the 12 month period for annual contracts only. There is no time rollover for monthly plans.
  • Any time that is not covered by the banked hours will be billable. Invoices are sent monthly, therefore if you have a total of 1 hour banked and 1.5 hours of work is logged in a month you will receive an invoice at the end of the month for the additional 0.5 hours. not covered by the agreement.
  • **eCommerce Sites & Membership Sites (any WordPress site that has public users log in) must select the WP Care 120 plan.
  • Pricing is fixed for 12 months from the start of your first plan purchase. This applies to monthly and You will be notified of any pricing changes before the 12 month anniversary of your plan renewal.
  • All subscribers to maintenance plans will be added to the Maintenance Plan mailing list and will receive updates relating to pricing and package changes, and the occasional announcement.

Q&A

You can pay online with your credit or debit cards (All major cards including; Mastercard, Visa, and American Express). Your card is automatically charged each month on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

 

Our monthly plans are on a “pay-as-you-go” basis, meaning you’ll aren’t locked into a plan. You are free to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your chosen plan at anytime.

Yearly plans provide savings for your business and require a one-off-payment. The service is provided for the full year and, at the end of the year, you can decide to remain on your current plan, change your plan, or cancel. Of course, we want you to be on the plan that’s right for you! so, if you are on the annual plan and not happy, let us know and we can work with you to fix the problem.

If you’re on a monthly plan, yes. Just contact us to discuss the changes you’d like to make.

You can submit as many requests as you like BUT any hours worked that are not covered by your plan will be billed at the agreed hourly rate. We will alert you to any time that is available to you when discussing your work requests so that we can prioritise any tasks.

Yes, of course. If you regularly find you need more time than is covered in your plan we can look at ways to manage this for you.

 

We are happy to make major changes but these generally require a separate quote and are not covered in the plan – although you can count your hours towards them, if you wish.

If you are looking to make some major changes or have a new version of the site, we can work with you to refresh the site branding, change the theme, add ecommerce or membership functionality – and even do custom development; if you have found you’ve outgrown WordPress or just need something more bespoke.

Work is only undertaken after a proposal has been agreed and a formal devis (quote) signed and accepted by both parties.

 

We are based primarily in the South of France but work with programmers and support technicians from across Europe and also India.

 

We will assess your site when you sign up and see if there are any special requirements for your website. To get started we will need your a dedicated WordPress admin login and FTP details. If you are unsure of those details we can work with you via Zoom.

Our hours of support are 9am-5pm CEST (GMT +2). Out of hours work falls outside of the contract agreement and will be billed at 2x the agreed hourly rate.
