About this Plan

The WP Care 120 plan is for business owners who are looking for greater peace of mind and regularly use our services for updates, advice calls, troubleshooting, and support.

This package includes 60 minutes of support time, which can take the form of emails, Zoom sessions, or changes to the site that you don’t want to, know how to, or have time to make.

You also get security scans, uptime monitoring, page speed monitoring (with recommendations for improving any issues that are discovered) AND a 15% discount on the standard hourly rate for any additional work that isn’t covered by the plan.

In addition you get an SEO status report, showing you changes to your site’s position on your most important keywords, and an e-commerce summary showing the following statistics for your site for the month:

  • Gross sales
  • Net sales
  • Number or orders refunded
  • Value of coupons used
  • Shipping charges

What's Included?

We update WordPress, along with any plugins and themes.

We always do this in a safe “staging” environment* (essentially a copy of the site), allowing us to test for any compatibility issues before making the updated site “live”. 

* If this feature is provided by your host.

We create a backup schedule for your site that is based on your plan: daily or weekly.

Backups are stored both on the server with a third-party Cloud provider. You have shared access to the Cloud storage area and are advised to create your own copies of the backups, that you can store locally.

Each month you will receive a report detailing the following:

  • the number of backups
  • details of all plugin, theme and WP Core updates
  • details of any additional work carried out
  • SEO, site cleanup and  performance, sales and link monitoring updates (depending on your plan)

We’ll run security scans on your site also monitor the site uptime. Any extended periods (>10 minutes) of downtime will be reported and investigated.

In each monthly report you’ll get an update on the site’s page speed, which will provide insights into areas for improvement. Site speed is important for Google’s Core Web Vitals which focusses in particular on mobile viewing and page load speeds. A slow loading site will lose you visitors.

We will monitor your site for broken links, clear out any spammy comments, and keep the database optimised.

We will actively track how your pages perform against your top 50 keywords and each month you’ll get an update on the status of these in your report.

If we can can connect your site to Google Analytics you will also benefit from additional insights.

If you are running an e-commerce site that uses WooCommerce we will provide a monthly overview of your site’s sales performance.

Support time varies according to your package. This time can be used for content updates and minor layout changes, support calls and training.

Please note: time can only be carried over from month to month for subscribers to the yearly plans.
