Hi, thank you for visiting my business website. If you’re looking for someone who can you help with your website and SEO or you need IT support here’s why you might want to give me a call.

My Background

ProfilePic

Born in the UK, my family and I relocated to France in 2016.

Prior to moving I worked as a technical publications manager for Broadcom, a US multinational that design and manufactures semiconductors. Your TV probably uses one of the chips I used to document. Your home router almost definitely does. I loved my job! I now work part time as a freelance technical writer and also run this IT support business, which enables me to meet new people and share my knowledge and skills with others.

Being self-employed presents its own challenges but I love that I am in charge of my time as it means I can enjoy my young family as well as the wonderful countryside on my doorstep.

When I’m not working I am busy working on my French and am also an avid cyclist. I also enjoy walking, crafting, and cooking.

How I Work

Help with your Website and SEO

If you need help with your website and SEO we start with a call to discuss your requirements. For larger project I will then write a proposal detailing the work to be carried out and a cost breakdown. Then we take it from there.

For smaller projects (general maintenance, repairs and updates) we will agree a set number of hours and a price. Then I set to it.

Tech Support & Training

As well as providing website design, content and SEO services I also provide tech support. I work on a 121 basis either locally, at your private home or office, or anywhere in the world, via remote computer link, using software that enables me to access your system via the Internet. I can help with your PC or Mac and other technology, like tables, iPads or phones, and offer these services and also bespoke 121 help, as needed.
